Lastly, we will present you with a final quote to be signed off. Once your deposit is paid, we will schedule a time to start making your plans a reality.
Once you have your plans drawn up, email them to josh@greyco.com.au. Once we receive your plans, we will review them and get in touch to go over your expectations for your build.
We will contact our trusted sub-contractors and suppliers for quotes. During this selection stage, Josh will keep in close contact with you to discuss prices, extras, alternative materials if needed etc.

First, you will need to engage with an architect or draftsman to draw up plans. We are available
to help in the design process and have an excellent working relationship with some local
draftsmen and architects - who we can put you in touch with
if needed.
